BATONROUGE has its London base in Islington. In France, BATONROUGE operates from Sainte Eulalie de Cernon, an exceptional Knights' Templar village located on the plateau that rises up from Languedoc-Roussillon. The village is full of medieval history and architecture, and surrounded by beautiful landscapes, gardens and fountains. It is 20 kilometres from the new Millau Viaduct that was designed by the British architect, Norman Foster. The contrast in the region between 12th and 21st century design is extraordinary.
